CRM Matchmaker AI Tools

In our comprehensive CRM systems database, from which our CRM Matchmaker™ draws its results, we provide an in-depth analysis of seven popular CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pipedrive, Monday.com, and ActiveCampaign. In this change log, we focus on the recent additional comparison data we’ve added to our AI category.


New tools:

  • Sales-I Tool (SugarCRM): SugarCRM introduces a partnership with sales-I, providing sales intelligence to its users.

  • AI Mentor (Pipedrive): Pipedrive introduces an AI Mentor, which offers guidance and recommendations for sales team members.

  • Content Generation Powered by AI (ActiveCampaign): ActiveCampaign introduces AI-powered content generation for personalized marketing materials.
